Legend
Chevalier Cuivré
Inspired by red beers from the United Kingdom, Chevalier Cuivré showcases an amalgamation of flavors and aromas of caramel and barley sugar. A light spicy touch of English hops completes the whole thing to offer a product of very great "drinkability". It is exceptional with roasted vegetables, a good stew or as a dessert with poached pears.

Flambée ’64
The Germans, under the purity law called Reinheitsgebot, could only brew with certain ingredients. To get around the disallowed flavors, some breweries began to smoke malt. The Rauchbier were born from these techniques. An exceptional smoky lager, Flambée ’64 goes particularly well with grilled sausage, aged cheddar cheese and gingerbread cookies.
